4-H Military Partnership

Military readiness through 4-H positive youth development for youth, families, and communities

Facilitators for
Lead with Voice Community Conversations

We are excited for you to serve as a facilitator for our conversations.  Teen facilitators  (age 16 -20) will lead break-out rooms for teens to connect in the virtual meeting. Each teen will be paired with one to two adults. Adults support and assist teens as needed, record and take notes  for the content shared, and chaperone the rooms.

All facilitators teens and adults  complete a 90 minute training. Training in  online through Zoom.  Facilitators need access to a device with a camera and microphone and adults also need to be able to access a Google document to record the information from the session. Facilitators may  assist with as many virtual town halls as fit their schedules and interests. Keep in mind that if you would like to participate and provide input, you will also need to register as a participant for a town hall that you are not facilitating.
Facilitator Training Dates

  • Thursday, February 2 at 10 a.m. EST
  • Wednesday, February 8 at 8 p.m. EST​
​We will offer an optional individual training for facilitators that can not attend any of the training dates.
Virtual Conversation Dates
you will select any dates you are available to serve
  • Wednesday, February 15 at 8 p.m. EST
  • Wednesday, February 22 at 7 p.m EST
  • Tuesday, February 23 at 6 p.m EST

Teen facilitators who are less than 18 years old also need permission from their parent/guardian. In your facilitator registration, you will provide an email for your parent/guardian and we will send a request or you can ask your parent/guardian to complete the form on the link below prior to receiving the email linked.

Facilitators will receive Zoom link information prior to their scheduled training dates. Teens under 18 must have parent/guardian permission completed to receive the link.
