As an Educator/Staff Member, there are many resources to support 4-H clubs on installations worldwide and 4-H clubs and opportunities in communities. If you’re just learning about 4-H, the 4-H 101: The Basics of Starting 4-H Clubs curriculum will be your resource for understanding 4-H.

4-HMP Leadership Academy
The 4-H Military Partnership (4-HMP) Leadership Academy is now hosting a talented group of Extension professionals in the program's third cohort in 2026. Academy participants will explore leadership styles, expand partnership opportunities, and gain resources to enhance youth programming. The focus connects leadership concepts to current and proposed work with military audiences to help build and strengthen local partnerships. If you are interested in applying for a future Ledership Academy cohort, contact the NC State 4-HMP Team. The Leadership Academy is funded by USDA’s National Institute of Food and Agriculture through the Children, Youth, and Families at Risk, 4-H Military Partnership Professional Development & Technical Assistance grant with NC State University. |
Third Thursday TogetherJoin staff and volunteers working with military-connected youth in 4-H programming for our Third Thursday Together webinar series. Each third Thursday at 2 p.m. EST we offer a session from trends and issues in positive youth development to curriculum from the authors. 4-H Military Working GroupThe 4-H Military Working Group, chartered through the 4-H Program Leaders Working Group, represent each Extension district. The group provides guidance and information to ensure that the 4-H Military Partnership remains aligned with national priorities and continues to support military-connected children, youth, and families across all Services.
