Selected youth and adults are joining together for virtual conversations that help us look at how best to serve military-connected youth. Schools, military services youth programs, and 4-H programs may select one youth and one adult to represent their organization in our February conversations.

Experiential Facilitation 101

We are excited to offer Training Wheels' Experiential Facilitator Training.  The course explores the foundational skills necessary for facilitators and include 45 different facilitation skills and concepts, all taught through experiential activities. Training is April 4 -6 in Atlanta, Ga. Registration is open and selected participants are notified February 16.

Join with others working with military-connected youth in 4-H programming as we explore issues, trends, and curricula to support our work. Each month's session is an engaging opportunity with a presenter and includes Q&A. Plus sessions are recorded for playback. Our February session focuses on curriculum.

Operation HomePort

Operation HomePort provides valuable experience working in Navy Child and Youth Programs worldwide. Interns assist  and lead activities, supervise children and youth and facilitate positive relationships in Child Development Centers, School Age Care and Teen programs. Applications are open to high school graduates aged 18 or older.
